Returns
If a piece arrives broken, we refund you in full. Please send photos of the broken piece and of the condition of the box to ideiaceramica@hotmail.com.
If you simply don't like the piece, the return is at the buyer's cost and you have 24 hours after delivery to notify us by email that you wish to return it.
Payment
Payment is made at checkout through our online store, with the payment method you choose. We do not collect or store your card details.
