We sell handmade and hand-painted Portuguese ceramics. Photographs are illustrative and colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Shipping costs, when applicable, are confirmed before the order is completed or by email afterwards.

An order is a purchase request. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

We may decline an order where the piece is no longer available or where the data provided is clearly incorrect.

Many pieces are available in very small quantities. If a piece becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to propose an alternative or refund the amount paid.

Where a product has variants (for example size or colour), the price and availability shown correspond to the variant selected.

Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Pieces are packed with care for transport.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and are indicative.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, contact us within a reasonable period after delivery, with photographs of the piece and the packaging.

In these cases Ideia Cerâmica takes responsibility for the situation and bears the applicable return or replacement costs, and you may choose between replacement, where possible, or a refund.

As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within the period provided by law, without giving a reason.

To exercise it, inform us by email before the period ends and return the piece in good condition, complete and suitably packed.

Where the return results from the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the piece is in good condition, the cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, in accordance with applicable law.

Where the piece arrives damaged, broken or does not correspond to what was ordered, the return costs are borne by Ideia Cerâmica.

Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights of consumers, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment, after we receive and check the returned piece, within the period provided by law.

All pieces are handmade and hand-painted. Small differences in colour, tone, shape and finish may occur between pieces and in relation to the photographs.

These variations are part of the artisanal and unique character of each piece and are not defects. They do not limit your legal rights as a consumer.

The texts, photographs, designs and brand elements of this website belong to Ideia Cerâmica and may not be used without authorisation.
